The personalised service was outstanding, as with every renovation, particularly the age of this home, when issues arose they explained in 'lay-man's terms' our options and listened to our needs. My husband at the time was working FIFO and through phone conversations, emails and weekly site meetings he felt abreast with its progress.

Living onsite whilst the renovations were in progress at times was difficult with young children but our safety was always paramount, they left the site immaculately clean after every shift, to ensure minimal disruption to our lives, even setting up a make shift laundry and kitchen.

The team not only took pride in their work but always presented themselves professionally, in dress and etiquette. The craftsmanship of the plasterers, carpenters and bricklayers was commendable in restoring the old features.
